How to take part in this consultation
We want to know what you think about the draft findings from the Equality and Diversity Impact Assessment of the Rota Review Process. Please give us your views by answering the questions in the leaflet below and sending it back to us by 05 March 2018.
Why are we having this consultation?
By putting this Equality and Diversity Impact Assessment out for consultation, we're giving people who're interested in the NHS 24 Rota Review Process the chance to say how we can make the process better for people in the future.
The replies we get will help us to make sure that:
- we're not accidentally discriminating against any group of people
- the Rota Review Process provides people with opportunities in the workplace
- we promote dignity and respect across our workplace
- we meet our legal duties under the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act 1998.
