Celebrating Dr Jacqui Hepburn: Digital Disruptor Winner
Dr Jacqui Hepburn, our Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Workforce, has been honoured with the Digital Disruptor Award at the prestigious CCA Global Women in Leadership Awards.
This accolade recognises women who are breaking barriers, innovating, and driving inclusion in technology and digital spaces.
As Senior Responsible Officer for NHS 24’s Digital Transformation Programme, Jacqui’s leadership has been pivotal in reshaping how NHS 24 deliver care and support across Scotland. Under her guidance, the programme introduced cutting-edge solutions such as a new Contact Centre/Customer Relationship Management (CC/CRM) system, advanced decision-support tools, and enhancements to data storage and analysis. These innovations aim to create a more agile, connected, and patient-focused service, improving experiences for both staff and the public.
