Integrated Governance Committee

The Integrated Governance Committee is responsible for reviewing progress in relation to:-

• Individual committee development.
• Development of the relationship between the Board and its committees.
• Articulates the specific ‘lenses’ of each committee on areas of mutual interest and ensures clarity of governance responsibility.
