Alan Webb

Alan currently works in the third sector, overseeing change in support of children, families and communities. Previously he was an independent advisor with a particular focus on leadership, organisation design and service design and development. Alan spent much of his early career in customer experience and design contact centres, designing operations and services for large global brands across the UK, Europe and Africa. Alan has been a Panel Member and Panel Chair at Children’s Hearings Scotland, and Trustee and Chair of a charity which works with families and is a mentor to young care experienced people at school.

Prior to entering the third sector, Alan undertook various roles incorporating service design, multichannel contact centres, learning and development and change leadership and marketing. He was also previously Principal at Henry Ford Academy and Head of Modern Retailing at Lookers Audi.

Alan is a Fellow Member of the RSA, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
