Patrick Rafferty

Patrick is a registered Nurse, with more than 20 years’ experience. He started his career as an Intensive Care nurse in NHS Lothian. He has a broad experience of nursing environments and has held a variety of senior nursing positions, previously serving as Deputy Director of Nursing at NHS Forth Valley, and Associate Director of Operations and Nursing in NHS 24.

Patrick’s expertise extends to Quality Improvement, with a background that includes the Institute of Healthcare Improvement/Scottish Patient Safety Programme Fellowship and postgraduate studies in Q.I.
